Saul Maintenance and Construction was founded by Warren Gillespie in 1999.
Since then, the business has grown and now includes five builders, two painter decorators and labourers supported by an office admin manager and a health and safety coordinator.
Having developed a reputation for high-quality work, Saul Maintenance and Construction works with local homeowners, and commercial property owners, and has on-going agreements with several large national companies to provide services.
This gives us the chance to see the space we are working on and accurately measure-up as well as talking to you about any ideas you have. We'll put a quote together, which you'll receive in around 4 working days before following up with a phone call in ask you have any questions.
If you decide to move forward, a deposit is required before the work is scheduled. While working on the project, our head tradesman will liaise with you on-site and discuss how things are progressing.
Once the project is complete we'll follow up with a phone call to check that everything is just how you wanted it.
